Terms and Conditions

  1. Skorpoints can be converted to airline miles at the following exchange rate:
    1. 700 Skorpoints can be converted into 1 KrisFlyer mile.
  2. A maximum of 10.000 miles can be converted per redemption transaction or in a billing cycle across all airline miles types.
  3. Redeemed Skorpoints are not refundable, exchangeable, replaceable or transferable for cash or credit.
  4. A minimum of 1.000 miles have to be converted in a single redemption transaction. Increments are allowed only in multiples of 1.000 miles.
  5. Mayapada Skorcard cardholders need to be enrolled as a KrisFlyer member before being able to convert Skorpoints into KrisFlyer miles.
  6. Skorpoints may only be converted to airline miles for the KrisFlyer account with the matching name as the cardholder.
  7. Mayapada Skorcard cardholders are advised to transfer enough points into their KrisFlyer account to enable them to redeem for an airline ticket booking or top up their miles balance.
  8. Transfers normally take 3-5 business days, in exceptional circumstances it may take up to 15 business days for the transfer to be completed.
  9. If at any point during the conversion process there is transaction reversal or refund or there are transaction(s) being identified as non-retail transactions resulting in insufficient Skorpoints to do the conversion, Mayapada Skorcard has the right to cancel the points conversion process and return the points to the cardholder.
  10. Skorpoints cannot be redeemed into flight tickets or other rewards through KrisFlyer until the miles are credited to the cardholder’s KrisFlyer account.
  11. Once converted, Skorpoints cannot be transferred back to the Mayapada Skorcard credit card account and the resulting airline miles will be subject to KrisFlyer’s terms and conditions.
  12. Bookings of airline tickets and/or other rewards using airline miles are subject to availability from KrisFlyer, and may be subject to taxes, fees, or other charges as governed by KrisFlyer’s terms & conditions. Please check the availability before transferring points by visiting the Singapore Airlines website.
    13. Mayapada is not responsible for the availability of airline tickets or any other rewards provided by KrisFlyer.
  13. All airline ticket bookings and/or other rewards using airline miles are subject to KrisFlyer’s terms and conditions, which can be accessed on their website.
