PT Skorcard Teknologi Indonesia (hereinafter referred to as "Skorcard," "Company," "We") is a company that provides convenience to users ("Users," "You," "I") in obtaining a credit card based on a co-branding partnership with our partner bank, where Users can fully manage the credit card through our reliable Skorcard application, from registration to card management ("Services").
This Terms of Use must be read together with our Privacy Policy. You understand and agree that this Terms of Use is an integral and inseparable part of the Privacy Policy.
This Terms of Use governs the provision of Services as defined below:
1. Definitions
Licensee Access Information means access numbers (PIN), passwords, security questions and answers, account numbers, and/or login information, as well as other similar information that allows you to access information and/or Services on the Skorcard Platform.User Account Data means data contained in your account on your financial service provider’s network, including but not limited to bank transactions, credit cards, debit cards, and deposits.
Losses means any loss, claim, damage, error, malpractice, negligence, liability, fine, judgment, arbitration decision, lawsuit, legal proceeding, investigation, and inquiry.
Services means the services provided by us to you through the Skorcard Platform as defined in the initial paragraph of this Terms of Use.
Payment Service Provider means a third-party payment service provider that collaborates with us to process, transmit, and facilitate payment methods on the Skorcard Platform.
Skorcard Platform means applications, digital platforms, websites, social media, partner platforms, or any other form of platform managed and operated by us.
Dispute means any dispute, conflict, controversy, or difference arising in connection with the Services under this Terms of Use.
2. Services
2.1 General
- In providing Services, we act in the interest of Users to facilitate the credit card issuance process with Bank Mayapada by collecting all necessary information, personal data, and documents, which are then forwarded by Skorcard to Bank Mayapada through an integrated system on the Skorcard Platform. b. Users are responsible for the accuracy of the information and documents provided on the Skorcard Platform and all transaction activities in their accounts on the Skorcard Platform. c. Users acknowledge that they need to disclose their personal data for account creation, credit card application with Bank Mayapada, and service provision on the Skorcard Platform. Skorcard may share, transfer, and forward the collected personal information and data. d. Skorcard will verify Users' personal data, conduct e-KYC, and perform relevant suitability checks as explained in the Privacy Policy to facilitate the provision of Services. If we cannot verify your profile or device, we may deny access to your account.
2.2 Service Provision Terms
(1) Eligibility to Receive Services
- You must be at least 21 years old.
- You can legally enter into binding agreements.
- You are not legally restricted from accessing or using the Skorcard Platform or its Services.
- You have provided complete and accurate information.
- You are applying for the Services solely for yourself.
(2) Registration and Account Creation
- You must create an account on the Skorcard Platform by providing a phone number linked to WhatsApp for user verification.
- You must consent to Skorcard’s Privacy Policy and Terms of Use.
(3) Credit Eligibility Assessment
- Skorcard and Bank Mayapada will assess your eligibility for a Bank Mayapada credit card using various data points.
- Bank Mayapada may use third-party services and request access to your banking application for financial verification.
(4) Approval, Issuance, and Activation
- Approval and issuance of credit cards are at the discretion of Bank Mayapada.
- If approved, a virtual card is issued immediately, and a physical card is sent via courier.
- The physical card arrives inactive; activation requires scanning a QR Code via the Skorcard Platform.
(5) Personal Identification Number and Credit Card Management
- Users must set a PIN via the Skorcard Platform after receiving the card.
- Users can access notifications, transactions, billing, and other features through the platform.
(6) Transaction History
- Users can view their credit card transaction history at any time through the Skorcard Platform.
(7) Payment and Billing
- The use of the credit card may result in debt obligations, and overdue payments may be subject to third-party debt collection services.
(8) Unauthorized Access
- Users must not share Licensee Access Information and must prevent unauthorized access to their account data.
3. Account and Data Deletion
Users can delete their accounts at any time, terminating their legal relationship with Skorcard, though prior obligations remain.4. Liability
Users agree to release Skorcard from any liability related to service provision and are responsible for reporting lost or stolen access credentials.5. Payment Service Provider Collaboration
Skorcard collaborates with third-party payment providers for transaction facilitation. Users acknowledge that technical failures may occur and waive claims against Skorcard for such incidents.6. Debt Collection and Third-Party Involvement
If credit card payments are overdue, Skorcard may engage third-party agencies for debt collection, which may include contacting users or their emergency contacts.7. Prohibited Activities
Users must not manipulate system operations, commit fraud, or misuse the Skorcard Platform in any unauthorized manner.8. Governing Law and Dispute Resolution
This Terms of Use is governed by Indonesian law. Disputes will first be resolved through mutual discussion within 30 business days. If unresolved, they will be settled through the South Jakarta District Court.9. Language
This Terms of Use is available in Indonesian and English. In case of discrepancies, the Indonesian version shall prevail.10. Severability
If any provision in this Terms of Use is deemed unenforceable, the remaining provisions shall continue in full effect.11. Entire Agreement
This Terms of Use constitutes the entire agreement between the User and Skorcard, replacing any prior agreements.12. Amendments
Skorcard reserves the right to modify this Terms of Use with a 30-day notice. Continued use of the Skorcard Platform signifies acceptance of these changes.13. Notification
Skorcard may send receipts, notifications, newsletters, promotions, and alerts via registered phone numbers or emails. Users can opt out via account settings. Essential service-related messages cannot be disabled.For correspondence related to Services, contact: wecare@skorcard.app.
User Consent
I have read, understood, and agree to the Terms of Use & Privacy Policy, acknowledging both as inseparable documents. I confirm the accuracy of my personal data for processing by VIDA as a Mayapada Skorcard partner.“I understand and agree to the Terms of Use & Privacy Policy.”
