Terms and Conditions

  1. Redeemed rewards are not refundable, exchangeable, replaceable or transferable for cash or credit. 
  2. A minimum of XX Skorpoints have to be transferred in a single redemption transaction. Additionally, a maximum of XX Points can be transferred per redemption transaction or in a calendar year.
  3. Successful enrolment to the Loyalty Program of the participating partner is necessary for Skorpoints to be transferred.
  4. Mayapada is not responsible for availability of airline ticket bookings, or any other rewards in the Loyalty Program of the participating partner.
  5. Airline ticket bookings are subject to availability. Please check availability before transferring points by visiting the website of the participating partner.
  6. Once transferred, Skorpoints cannot be transferred back to Mayapada Skorcard Credit Card Account and become subject to the Terms and Conditions of the Loyalty Program of the participating partner (available at their website / brochures).
  7. Mayapada Skorcard Cardholders are advised to transfer enough points into their Loyalty Program account to enable them to redeem for an airline ticket booking or top up their Loyalty Program account.
  8. Transfers normally take 3-5 business days, in exceptional circumstances it may take up to 7 days for the transfer to be completed.
  9. Please note that no bookings can be made until the Skorpoints are credited to Cardholder’s Loyalty Program account with the participating partner.
  10. Taxes, fees, charges and surcharges may apply, as governed by Terms & Conditions of the participating partner.
  11. All such bookings are subject to the terms and conditions of the Loyalty Program of the participating partner (available at their website / brochures).
  12. All such redemptions would continue to be governed by Mayapada Skorcard Rewards Program Terms & Conditions which are available here - XXX
